In early 2012 my wife, son and I began to plan the construction of our dream home and knowing that we would only have the opportunity to do this once, we put a lot of thought and effort into choosing the right builder for us.  After meeting with Mike Pierce (MRB) first, the bar was set very high for the others that we had chosen to interview and it became very evident that MRB was the choice for us.  Mike brought a world of knowledge and hands-on experience to our home and helped us to make the right decisions for our budget, working with is every step of the way to insure the home we wanted would be the highest quality.  Mike is not a “paper-pusher” or a salesperson, he can easily do every job required to build a home, which makes him far different than many other builders who do not get their hands dirty.  Mike is truly involved, ready to answer any question and insure that the project goes as expected on the time schedule set forth.


When you set out to build a new home you often hear the horror stories that so many people love to tell about the experience they had with their builder, however, we have none.  We had friends who were building at the same time as us and all they did throughout their process was complain as we sat back and took pride in knowing that we did not face the same challenges thanks to Mike.  Mike is great at communicating throughout the entire process and really got to know our family while giving us the opportunity to get to know his and quickly becoming a true friend.  The communication has not stopped since he turned over the keys, as Mike continues to check-in with us regularly to make certain we are happy and that all is well.  The building process with MRB does not stop the day you take possession of your home, as Mike is always there ready to help.


In the end the highest compliment we can pay to MRB is that if we had to do it over again we would not have interviewed anyone else as MRB is clearly above all others.  We highly recommend that if you are considering building a new home or simply putting on an addition/remodel, MRB construction is the right choice and we would be happy to show you our home as proof.
